The Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification is a National Association of REALTORS designation for agents trained to help active-duty service members, veterans, and military families buy, sell, or rent during relocations, including VA loans, PCS timelines, and military housing allowances.
Yes. Eligible service members, veterans, and some surviving spouses can use a VA loan for a primary residence in San Diego, often with no down payment and no monthly mortgage insurance. Borrowers with full entitlement are not subject to VA loan limits, though lenders still set approval based on income and credit.
